Here at Riegler Quality Beef we have year round appointments with the local butcher shop, Bloomington Meats, and we would love to reserve your quarter, half, or whole beef purchase.

When purchasing Bulk Farm Fresh Beef you have the ability to choose custom cuts for your beef. $300 non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.

All processing done at Bloomington Meats unless otherwise noted. Delivery included in purchase within 150 miles of Bloomington, IL. Availabilty subject to change. We are currently taking one beef to the locker per month but sometimes we can get an extra beef in if there is an opening available.
